Pump Street Chocolate
Award-winning Pump Street makes small-batch, single-origin chocolate on Suffolks Heritage Coast. A family business dedicated to creating delicious and ethical craft products.
Behind the Brand
Pump Street was founded in 2014 by father and daughter Chris and Joanna Brennan in a 15th Century building in Orford as an extension of their award-winning bakery business. Even though the company has grown and moved production to larger premises, they still continue to make small batches by hand.
Provenance
All of Pump Street's chocolate is made using single-origin beans sourced from the best growers and cooperatives across the globe. They list the country of origin and the farm and the farmers who work the land too. The beans are fermented and dried at origin before being roasted, ground and conched in the UK to create the best tasting chocolate possible.
Finest Ingredients
Pump Street use only the finest ingredients when making their chocolate. From organic sugar to Halen Môn Sea Salt and hazelnuts from Piedmont, they never add anything that takes away from the purity of the product. Each bite bursts with quality and deliciousness.
