Virgo Greeting Card (August 23 – September 22) by Josephine Wall

The astrological sign of Virgo (August 23rd – September 22nd) is an earth sign which is ruled by the planet mercury and symbolised by the virgin. People born under this sign may seem self-conscious, shy and introverted on the surface, especially when dealing with new people or situations, but once they’re fully comfortable their true character shines though, they relax and display their intellect. Virgos are known for their methodical and precise approach and they’re happy to share their knowledge with others. They can be cautious, which helps them sort out practical ideas from airy fairy ones, and they can be very analytical.Inside of Card: Reveals Element, Ruling Planet, Colour, Strengths, Likes, plus a short summary of Virgo Characteristics.Size of Card: 12.6 x 17.7cmPublished in AustraliaChlorine Free | ISO Certification | Renewable Energy | Forest Management | Australian MadePlease Note: Each card is packed in a protective plastic sleeveAbout Josephine WallJosephine Wall was born in Farnham, Surrey, England. She works mostly with acrylic paint and has been infuenced by the romanticism of the Pre-Raphaelites, surrealist artists like Salvador Dali and the illustrative work of Arthur Rackham. From childhood she has had a passion for light and colour, fantasy and visual story telling. Much of the inspiration for her mystical images comes from her close observation of nature and her interest in its preservation. Though she often strives to impart a message in her scenes, she also hopes to inspire in her audience a personal journey into the magical world of their own imagination.”The art of painting is more than a career to me,” she says, “it is an all consuming obsession and a love of colour and form. In fact, if I am away from my easel for too long I become restless and anxious to paint again.”
