Lead Crystal Ball Butterfly – Pink

A pink butterfly sits on top of a beautiful high quality 30 mm lead crystal ball. The butterfly has three wings to give an impression of movement, and this design works very well I feel. When sunlight, or any other direct light source for that matter, catches the ball the light is refracted, which can cause beautiful patterns on the walls. The wire is lined with Rose Quartz chips and beads. A wonderful decoration to hang in a window or anywhere you wish to bring in positive energy. The Tag Says: ‘Rose Quartz’ (Pink in Colour) – It is used to symbolize love, peace of happiness and is believed to stimulate the imagination, increases fertility, healing, good feelings and love. Dimensions: Lead crystal ball diameter 3 cm (30mm) (at widest point). Butterfly wings – height top to bottom is about 4 cm. Length of wire can vary a little but is about 16 cm.More About Lead CrystalLead crystals (sometimes referred to as “crystal” or “leaded glass”) reflect light in wondrous ways, often creating rainbows and sparkles on the wall when the light hits them just right. They are great for hanging in windows or anywhere the light can get to them. Many hang them up to bring more light into their lives and make their surroundings magical. Hanging crystals such as these are termed ‘bright objects’ in feng shui bringing positive energy into a house and can be hung in spaces that need “energising”.Lead crystal is manufactured by adding lead oxide to molten glass. It is then machine cut into shapes. The higher the lead content the greater the “refractive index”, or in other words, the greater the sparkle. As the lead content goes up it becomes harder to form the crystal and therefore the price for higher lead content also tends to be higher. The maximum lead content is about 35%. The majority of our hanging lead crystals contain 30% PbO, in comparison for example, Swarovski Chandelier crystals are 32% PbO.More About the Symbol of the ButterflyButterflies are powerful symbols for transformation and change throughout many traditions and belief systems. To wear or have around you the symbol of butterfly is to state your intention to flutter through life in joy. Butterfly teaches us that patience brings its rewards and as long as we keep working and developing ourselves the final glorious butterfly stage will come. To wear butterfly is to set your target like an archer – joy is my goal, joy is my reality, joy will come, joy is here now. When we encounter butterflies in our daily lives they are always a joy to find and a good totem. When one day you open your curtains and a butterfly flutters up you know that a glorious change is taking place in your life. You see the butterfly flutter his wings, almost dancing along. This is what butterfly teaches, that true joy is within the dance of life.
